  Went with my sister when she was planning her wedding. The shop looks nice but the staff are pretty awful and the whole system of looking for dresses they have in place is terrible. You can only try on 6 dresses at a time and if you want to try others (even just 1 more) you have to wait until other people have been in and tried theres (there are several changing rooms but it's so busy with no booking system in place at weekends). My mum and I were not allowed to stand by the changing rooms while my sister was trying on dresses and even we moved away we were repeatly shouted at by staff to sit down! We didn't want to sit and were not in anyones way where we were stood. All in all we had a pretty terrible experience and after trying on the first 6 dresses my sister said she wanted to leave and we walked out. Not the lovely experience you expect from a bridal shop.
